Humans can actively go outside and make new friends, but dogs stay at home waiting for you to take them out. Waggy is an app for dogs to make new friends. After uploading the dog's pictures, brief information, and characteristics, users can start to view other dogs living nearby. When they find a dog that best fits their dogs, they can start a chat with the owner.
